Are you in a Wilderness Seasons?
The word of God says that men’s hearts will fail them for fear. We are living in perilous times. As we see The Day approaching, we are to encourage one another in the most holy faith. The world doesn’t want you to serve God. It will keep you bound by fear and consumed by all the troubles. Still, if we are ever going to make it during these difficult times, we shall stand on Christ, our solid rock. During Philip’s prayer time, the Lord showed him that as Isreal’s children wandered in the wilderness seeking the promised land, God sheltered them and provided everything they needed. What should have taken them 11 days took 40 years. In the desert seasons of your life, wandering around, the Lord wants you to know that He is your cloud by day and your pillar of fire by night. He will sustain you as you stay faithful to Him. He wants you to know there is a Promised Land on its way into your life if you will faint not.
We would like to update you on what is going on in our ministry in the country of Moldova. These children that we rescued have come from poverty-stricken villages. Traffickers come by offering fake jobs to these orphans in hoping for a better life. At Vatra Village, our kids that we have rescued have filmed and edited a video they want you to see. It’s the story of how you start to change a life with one act of kindness. To find out more about The Orphans Hands Ministry, please visit www.theorphanshands.org.
On Daily Faith, Philip’s friend, Pastor Mark Ritchie, is joining us from Swansea, United Kingdom. He pastors at Liberty Church Swansea, UK. In whatever wilderness season you may be in right now, we want to encourage your faith, knowing who God is in your situation. He wants you to understand the importance of how He can satisfy your heart’s deepest desires. When you practice getting into God’s presence daily, casting your cares on Him, He fills your heart with joy, providing your every need. God is waiting to share His heart with you, giving you the keys to the Kingdom. It’s time for the church to be still and get back to yearning after whom their soul longs.
