Step into God’s Grace

Grace is one of the most misunderstood words in the Bible. On Daily Faith, we are talking with Pastor Ben Dailey about God’s Grace and his journey of how he came to understand what that means for his life. He has written a new book entitled, Captured By Grace: Be Freed From Fear So You Can Really Live! Pastor Dailey speaks of performance-based religion he was in bondage to and how service after service, he was still trying to achieve something that God freely gave him. Grace is God’s unmerited favor for us. It’s not something to be earned like a trophy. God gives us grace freely, and He is offering this to us today. The Word of God says that Jesus paid for all of those feelings of sin: guilt, shame, fear, depression, worry, and anxiety, on the Cross when He died for you. Pastor Dailey wants to help you discover that the battle is within your mind, and Christ Jesus has already won the war. You are free to walk in liberty in who God has created you to be! The Orphans Hands is our ministry of homes in Eastern Europe. These homes are filled with abandoned and orphaned children, kids who have been kicked out onto the streets because of drug and alcohol abuse, leaving them subject to human trafficking. We help to rescue these children by bringing them into our homes and showing them the love of Jesus. They learn of God’s grace and how it set them free from the pains of this world by giving His life. They become sons and daughters of Christ, who turn into missionaries; giving back to the ones who hurt them.
