The Power of His Presence

We are living in unprecedented times in America and around the world. To move and operate in the Spirit, we must know the power of His spending time in His presence. If we don’t know the truth through intimacy in our relationship, we will run out of godly wisdom in the process. Today, on Daily Faith, our guest is Pastor Jacob Sheriff, Senior Pastor of a multi-campus church called Victory Life Church in Durant, OK. As sons and daughters of Christ, we are created to worship and have an intimate relationship with the Lord radically. Countless blessings come from regularly spending time with the Lord, but it’s not the blessings we seek; it’s His face. Our faith is renewed, and our hope is restored as we walk in the power of His word. Pastor Jacob wants you to understand the truth in God’s word as the body of Christ. Being the people who daily practice the presence of God, when we do, His countenance will shine through us, love will grow in our hearts, and all of the world will know that we are children of God! Jesus is the Prince of Peace, and the peace He gives surpasses all of our human understanding. Be blessed as you walk in His loving presence today! The lack of social support in Moldova and neglect for these families have forced their young children to grow up in an orphanage. When they become of age, they are kicked out onto the streets where fear and desperation set in their hearts. These kids are left subject to the risks of human trafficking. The Orphans Hands ministry has taken in these abandoned children for over thirty years, providing for their needs. We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village. During this Russian invasion of Ukraine, our girls’ home in Odessa has been evacuated, where they have joined our kids in Moldova. Today, we have learned that the threat of war is coming close to the Moldovian borders and our homes in Vatra Village are potentially at risk. Amid war and great distress, our kids are going out supplying food for the refugees; they have become sons and daughters, who are now missionaries for Jesus. Our homes help restore a sense of freedom in the Lord, and they are embracing the peace and truth of God’s word. In seeking God’s face daily, they have discovered the power of God’s presence and are experiencing His faithfulness like never before! We thank you for your continued prayers and support in helping to change a life.
