Vision Beyond Sight

On Daily Faith, We have a word from the heart of heaven to strengthen your faith and encourage your day! Pastor Earl Glisson, the Senior Pastor of Anchor Faith Church, is joining us today in St. Augustine, FL. Pastor Earl has recently written a book called Vision Beyond Sight. He explains how the Lord is the one who gives us a vision and the desires of our hearts. It then becomes our responsibility to see it to its completion. There are times when we get impatient, and we squander our gift or use it for self-gain. Yet, that is not God’s intention or purpose. Pastor Earl’s inspiration for his book comes from the life of Samson in the Bible. God made a covenant with Samson while he was in his mother’s womb to deliver his people. Having the potential to use his gift and anointing for God’s Kingdom, Samson used it for selfish gain. As the Lord enlightens the eyes of your understanding, bringing clarity and vision for your life, step forward in faith, fulfilling your divine potential in God’s Kingdom. Don’t give up; only renew your mind and be determined to see it come to pass. The Orphans Hands has been the heart of our outreach ministry in Eastern Europe. We have a village of homes in Moldova called Vatra Village and a house in Ukraine. The Orphans Hands has rescued orphaned children from the perils of human trafficking for over thirty years. Moldova has one of the highest death rates due to alcoholism, which breaks up the home, and families send their little ones to live in an orphanage. These abandoned children grow up without the love and support of a family, leaving them hopeless and desperate for love. When they become of age, they are forced out onto the streets with a bus ticket back to where they came from. From a park bench to a warm home, Vatra Village is a safe and godly environment filled with the love of Jesus. Our kids are learning their purpose in God’s Kingdom for their lives and are discovering how Christ’s love has strengthened their faith, giving them a vision for their future. No longer orphaned, they are sons and daughters of God, passionately giving back to those whose tired feet they once knew.
